Students in the wildlife and fisheries class worked with 4 different government agencies to determine the health of Millcreek. Students work with The Ohio Department of Natural Resources - Division of Wildlife, Union County Soil and Water, Ohio EPA, and Ohio Scenic Rivers. Students got their hands dirty and sampled Millcreek gathers data based on water tests, macroinvertebrate collections, and vertebrate collections. We are happy to report that MillCreek was rated excellent in all of the parameters tested!
